All orders ship via Xpresspost from Chilliwack, BC. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days to most major cities; rural areas may take slightly longer.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST ship same day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped — Canada Post typically updates tracking within 24 hours.
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain, unmarked packaging with no external markings indicating contents. Vials are individually sealed and packed with insulation to maintain product integrity during transit.
We currently ship within Canada only. All customers must be 19 years of age or older. Pickup is not available — all orders are shipped directly.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@pepsupply.io.
Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
